"GAME ON SNACK STRONG™" OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LOCATED IN THE U.S. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: "Game On Snack Strong™" (the "Game") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. The following are not eligible: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Microsoft Corporation ("Prize Provider") and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Game (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Game).

2. GAME PERIOD: Game begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Daylight Time (CDT) on June 24, 2007 and ends at 11:59 a.m. CDT on July 22, 2007 (the "Game Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Game.

3. TO PLAY: Obtain a Game code ("Game Code") on specially-marked packages of DORITOS© chips available at participating stores during the Game Period, while supplies last. To play the Game, you must first register for free as a participant: Log on to www.snackstrongproductions.com ("Web Site") during the Game Period and click on the Game icon or link which will take you to the registration page. Follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete and submit a registration form, or if you have already registered, enter your email address and date of birth. For your registration to be valid, you must complete all required information and click on the "I accept" button on the registration page. When prompted, enter your Game Code. You may also receive a Game Code online, without making a purchase, by clicking on the Game Code request link on the Web Site which will automatically create a valid Game Code for you for free. Upon submitting your Game Code, the Web Site will immediately notify you as to whether or not you are a potential instant winner ( a "Play" ). All Plays are subject to verification and must be received and recorded by Sponsor during the Game Period. Limit one (1) entry per day per person, household, and/or email address during the Game Period.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Grand Prizes (101): Xbox 360 Prize Package consisting of: Xbox 360™ Pro system; a 12-month Xbox LIVE© Gold Membership subscription; three (3) Xbox 360 game titles (to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor's sole discretion); and an Xbox 360 Pro skin (sticker for Xbox 360). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $639.98 each prize package. First Prizes (101): Xbox 360 Pro System Face Plate. ARV $20 each. Total ARV of all prizes is: $66,657.98. The number of available prizes will decrease as prizes are claimed throughout the Game Period; consequently, the odds of winning a prize are based not only upon the number of eligible Plays received, but also the time in which the eligible Plays are received. Limit one (1) prize per person, household and/or email address. Prizes will ship within 4-6 weeks after the end of the Game.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash equivalent or substitution of a prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prizes is allowed. Taxes, if any, on prize are solely responsibility of winners. By participating, participants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if participants are minors) agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at www.snackstrongproductions.com) which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Game is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Game. This Game is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, with venue in Collin County, Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Collin County, Texas.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. If prize claims at any prize level exceed the number of prizes indicated herein, such prize(s) will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received for that level. Sponsor's sole liability for defective Game Codes or Plays is limited to one (1) free Game Code or Play, while supplies last. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures of play, etc.) and/or mailing does not constitute proof of winning status/delivery. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from user's participation in or attempt to participate in the Game or download any information in connection with participating in the Game. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Game: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any transmission to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestions on the Internet or the Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Game, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Game, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Game. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prize or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk. Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Game, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site. By participating in the Game, the participant thereby releases Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the Game.

By accepting a prize, (a) recipient (and recipient's parent or legal guardian if recipient is a minor) agrees that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties, participating retailers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Game; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize and (b) recipient (and recipient's parent/legal guardian if a recipient is a minor) grant, (and agree to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the World Wide Web without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Winners (or winner's parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor) may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days after notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Game at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
